Gerhard Grimmeisen aged 41 is a designer and entrepreneur in one. In the year 1999 he founded the Grimmeisen light with its head office in the picturesque town of Wasserburg / South Bavaria in Germany.
Before that he was in the research and development field with the company Maurer in Munich plus other renowned industrial companies.
But his main set goal was actually to work for his own vision and as early as 1994 he created parallel to his field work various artistic designs based on light.
With the new series SLIDE and foundation of the Grimmeisen marketing GmbH together with Harald Zimmermann in the year 2002 the mile stone for international expanditure was set. |
